Otsu, Shiga, Japan｜Cafe花・花

I passed this coffee shop on the way to Xiangrui Temple and Manwolji Temple. I visited it at almost 4pm. There were no customers in the shop. The space was not big but it was very comfortable. I ordered a cake set for 750 yen, and the sweet potato tart (さつまいもタルト) was super delicious! The sweet potato tastes firm and chewy but not too hard, with a slight cinnamon flavor that is sweet but not greasy. The accompanying ice cream and pudding are also quite delicious. The store sells 100g of coffee beans for 950yen. When brewed at home, it has the aroma of vanilla and bright acidity. The beautiful proprietress is very friendly and can communicate in simple English and gestures. I like this store very much and hope to visit again in the future. p.s. Shiga is great😆 2023/12/07

The main lunch menu today was tofu. I know the menu changes every time, but I visited because people around me said the food was delicious :) There is an English menu, so I think foreigners can enjoy it comfortably. The store was clean and all the side dishes were delicious. CAFE is available from 8:00 to 18:00. It is said that the lunch menu is available from 11:30 to 14:30. There are a lot of pretty scenery around, so I think it would be a good place to stop by and eat before or after the sightseeing.

It's super delicious and I'm grateful! Today's lunch sweet and spicy chicken (chicken breast can be this delicious?!) and side dishes are all so delicious that you'll want to copy them! ! Apparently, you can also get second helpings of rice. 1400 yen including drink! Thank you for the satisfaction that exceeds the price 😊
