Best pot of tea I've had at a cafe in Japan, and they have a great bread selection and accommodating staff, too. I recommend requesting a small jug of fresh milk if you want the proper English tea experience. Otherwise you'll have to make do with those little plastic pots of what they call 'fresh'!

I love the all-you-can-drink coffee Personally, I like Pieri Moriyamauchi. This is the number one coffee shop. Bread is also reasonably priced and comes in many varieties. Burger King seems rather plain, hidden in the shadow of antiques. This place is also good. My wife likes white bread.

There is a wide variety of breads and all the breads are delicious. I especially like the piroshki here.
