I was fascinated by the delicious-looking Paysanne and Mountain Bread when I saw their posts on Instagram. At the end of May, I ordered a seasonal bread set because they were recruiting for mail order for shipping in the second half of June. The Peisan that arrived is shaped like a shiitake mushroom umbrella and is a large bread like the cap of Kasa Jizo. I was excited because it seemed like the simple warmth was overflowing from the bread. I cut it up, added some moisture with a sprayer, and toasted it in the toaster. The outside crust is crispy and the inside crumb is moist and chewy. It was very delicious and made me smile. It's an emotional level. It was so delicious that I sent a message via Instagram DM. This is a bread that I definitely want to repeat again ♡

It was a sudden surprise today, but I was able to make a reservation over the phone and went. The atmosphere and food were great. I definitely want to go again.
