We had a lovely experience at Cafe Koan this morning! The service is really friendly, great vibe and excellent coffee. As per the previous reviews, beautiful view over rice fields and Lake Biwa. Look forward to coming back again soon!

Enjoyed a very good mocha, nice views and friendly barista. I will be going back for sure.
