I came here for the first time on a Saturday around 3pm. There is a parking lot in front of the store for bikes, and a space to park your car in the back. There were three customers, and most of them were familiar faces and regular customers. Basically, it is a membership system, but to become a member you need to attend three times, and the system is calculated by the master recording your name. The interior has a calm atmosphere, and there are counter and table seats. The master was very friendly and taught me about coffee, cars, and motorcycles. It seems that you can also make group reservations on the second floor. The restrooms are clean and unisex. Since it was my first time here, I was very happy to receive an extra cup of coffee. You can pay by PayPal for 500 yen. I came alone, but it was so comfortable that before I knew it, time had passed and I ended up staying for an hour. The master also told me about affiliated shops and places where motorcycle inspections can be done. The shop will be closed for the winter (from November 1st), so if you're interested, please hurry. I highly recommend it.

I was introduced to Biwaichitsu for lunch by an acquaintance. I heard that it was a membership system, and to be honest, I thought it would be more rigid, but the master was very humble, polite and kind. I will come again ✨😌✨

Although I am not a member, I had some really delicious coffee made by a kind master. It was a really delicious coffee with no smell even when served black. I want to go again.
