Komono, Mie, Japan｜ダックスヒル

I visited at noon on Sunday, October 1st. It's only open on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, but it was empty, probably because of the cloudy weather. We saw families with children, and since it was in nature, the children seemed to be having fun picking up mountain chestnuts and playing with the cats. It seems that many people come from other prefectures as well. Apparently monkeys come to visit sometimes too 🐵 The wood fired pizza was very delicious😄 The homemade bacon on the pizza and the smoked ham on the salad are absolutely delicious. I would have added a salad if it was available! If I didn't have a car, I'd also like a beer (lol) The pizza dough is thin and baked in an oven, so it's crispy and fragrant. The honey pizza has orange on top for an accent. Smoking is allowed outside the store, so I had a great time talking with the owner♪ I'll visit you again when I have a day off, thank you for the meal 🍕

I was told that adding pepper and soy sauce to Bismarck pizza makes it delicious.

I realized that frozen food can't taste this freshly baked pizza. The pizza will be baked quickly, so you can spend a relaxing time playing with the ducks, playing with the dogs, and talking. I was surprised to hear that the salad dressing was handmade. I liked the sweet and sour taste.
