Half of the cafe was a shop, and there were herbal products and miscellaneous goods. Lunch is only 800 yen for medicinal curry and 700 yen for kids curry all year round, both of which come with seaweed soup. Monthly? There seems to be a lunch set, and this time it was 800 yen with rice cooked with delicious ingredients, cooked chicken wings and eggs, and soup with lots of vegetables. I was able to use PayPay. Drinks were included in the set, and you could choose from a variety of herbal teas. The staff explained everything carefully. The counter seats face the lawn, which is nice, but it gets hot if the weather is too nice. I felt like I was able to relax in my own way, wandering through the forest, seeing people having barbecues at the campsite, and seeing parents and children playing on the lawn. At the visitor center next door, you can experience making herbal tea, dyeing, and nature art. There was also a nursing area in one corner of the playground.

A sunny Sunday in April 2023. When I came near the trailhead to hike Mt. Aoba, I found this wonderful spot. Parking seems to be free, so park here. There are buildings that look like stylish guesthouses and cafes, a campsite, an herb garden, and a plaza with hammocks, making it a great place for families and couples to visit. However, on this day, perhaps because of the time of day, there were almost no people visiting for this purpose. When it gets a little warmer, I'm sure it will be crowded with campers and BBQ people.

Made with herbs grown in Aobayama, which was originally prohibited to women. Enjoy cafes and history For some reason, there are doors everywhere.
