Gifu, Japan｜四丁目かふぇ

It's a cafe in my neighborhood, but I've never been there before, so this was my first time going there. Used during morning hours. Parking is available in front of the store. It just so happened that there was an empty seat, so I got in right away, but there was a line waiting to get in right after. The interior of the store has a stylish country-style interior, creating a relaxing space. A morning set comes with the drink price only. There are no special types of drinks, there are simple and common types. The price is average, but the set includes half toast, salad, mini macaroni gratin, toppings of your choice (I forgot to take a photo and can't remember, but it was margarine, Ogura, honey cinnamon, and maybe 2 others). It comes with chawanmushi and is good value for money. The time from ordering to serving was smooth with no long waits. When it was brought to the table, I was surprised and moved to see an ice rose blooming on the iced drink. So nice. Wow so beautiful! As I gazed at the ice, I was intrigued, as it was my first time seeing rose-shaped ice. beautiful! I was so moved that I started thinking in my head, ``How did I make this?'' Is it a silicone mold? However, it seems like it would take a long time to freeze the ice to this size...Maybe it was glued together!?I started to imagine how it would crack, try poking it with a straw, look at the air bubbles in the ice, and see what was on the other side. I watched it...and enjoyed it. The food was delicious. The chawanmushi also has a gentle seasoning that makes you feel at ease while eating it. It looks gorgeous, tastes good, and is very satisfying. I was left with a refreshing and good impression of the staff's response and the way they greeted me after paying. I've been feeling excited since the morning and feel like I'm going to have a good day. I really liked it and would definitely like to go again. (2023.6.17)

Lunch is Choose the 4-chome Manmaru lunch with 8 types of side dishes 😋🍴💕 Comes with chawanmushi 🥰 The sweets after the meal are cute and delicious🌹 The drinks are Fruit garden with 9 types of dried fruits✨ They also served us the dried fruit they used for the tea, and it was delicious! I'm glad that your wife is kind and considerate. The rose iced coffee that my partner was drinking was also wonderful. It was such a wonderful lunch that I cried out when it was brought to me. I also felt that they were particular about the utensils. I felt happy to be able to eat a variety of healthy obanzai. I was very impressed that the ice in the drink was rose🌹. This is a store I would like to visit again! !
