Wonderful tiny cafe with a nice owner who roasts the coffee beans himself!

A cafe started by a senior at the company. I was finally able to come. A wide selection of specialty beans and blends. On that day, we enjoyed a full course of coffee. Below are the reviews I received for the blended beans I sent to a relative who is a coffee connoisseur. FYI. “I immediately brewed Blend 15 using hand drip and had it with 4 kinds of cheese bread (with honey) and it was amazing 😋 It had a refreshing bitter taste and I could gulp it down ☺️” ``When I received the cold brew Blend 211, I was surprised to find that it had a strong bitterness and richness, but was extremely refreshing! 😳I love bitter and rich coffee, but I get drunk if I drink too much, so I can only drink one cup at a time. However, I couldn't stop asking for more because I thought, ``What is this refreshing bitterness and richness?'' I usually love the bitterness and richness of premium chocolate, which is my standard, but this one was even better...🤯 I brewed 161 with hand drip this morning☺️This was a sour taste that I thought was delicious for the first time, instead of bitterness😳It was refreshing and went well with Japanese sweets😋I had brewed 4 cups beforehand. I went out and when I came back, my husband had drank most of it 😂 There's an infinite amount of single beans, but when it comes to blends, it's really endless 😳 I wanted to try various blends quickly, so I went 4 times this morning 😂 I’m excited because the possibilities for blending are amazing🕺” That's what I mean. This is a specialty store where you can enjoy very delicious coffee. It's a small shop with only counter seats, and I get the impression that there are quite a lot of customers not only eating in, but also buying beans and taking out. I had the challenge full set on my first visit and a cappuccino on my second visit. The master is very knowledgeable and will explain things like bean types and roasting. In particular, the challenge set is completely different and profound when comparing the same coffee. Even though I'm not an expert, I can now understand my tastes, and drinking coffee has become even more enjoyable than before. (Personally, I prefer dark-roasted Brazil.) There are many different ways to enjoy coffee depending on the person, such as chatting with friends, reading or studying, or taking a breather after a meal, but at this shop, you can get to know and taste coffee... I felt that this is a luxurious shop where you can enjoy the coffee itself. *If you are coming from the north side, the store is just past the gas station, and if you are coming from the south side, it is just past GEO. The parking lot is located a little north of the store and has a gravel surface.
