Best (Western-style) breakfast in Yamanashi

I stopped by for lunch on a Saturday in September. I think this is a great restaurant where you can feel the owner's commitment to everything, including the food, drinks, and the front garden. The open-faced sandwich I received had a lot of rare fresh vegetables. The cooking method was different depending on the item, which made the food taste even better. The layout of the store is relatively spacious and relaxing. There are only two parking spaces in front of the store, so it's a bit difficult to get in, but there seems to be a parking lot in the back as well.

Personally, I thought it was an ideal cafe. As other people's reviews have said, it's a Scandinavian-style cafe that's very relaxing. Since I used it early in the morning, there were no other customers and I had a very quiet time. No matter where you take a photo inside the store, it will look great. (Good photos are great (lol)) I had coffee and an azuki butter sandwich. Both the coffee and the azuki butter bread sandwich were delicious. The approach outside the store is also nicely laid out and nice. It's also a cafe you'll want to stop by if you have a chance to go nearby.
