Although I was an old man, the word "beautiful ..." leaked out! This is a passion for cooking that is different from Instagrammable. I was really impressed. And for the taste, the grilled chicken is exquisite. It's a virtuosity, it's a fire that can only be done by a professional. I was a little skeptical that it was undercooked, but I was surprised that it was properly cooked. You can make the chicken crispy at home, but you can't eat it at this level of heat. A truly amazing level of professionalism. If this comes out every time without being conscious of it, that's the skill of the craftsman. It was delicious without hesitation!

I had lunch on a weekday afternoon. I arrived 30 minutes before the store opened, and while I was waiting in the car, they opened the store early and responded.
