Nirasaki, Yamanashi, Japan｜PEI COFFEE

You cannot fault the coffee here. First class, and quite unexpected! The interior is also extremely stylish and the friendly owners have great taste in music. If only there were more places like this in Tokyo!

Adorable and trendy cafe only a few minutes walk from Nirasaki station. The shop is small and aesthetic, with tasty desserts and both breakfast and lunch options. The waffle sandwich is a specialty of the cafe and my recommendation. Ham, avocado, maple, and honey dijon on a waffle is an amazing combo! Waffles are sold until 2pm, so make sure you visit early if you want one! The owners are also very friendly and kind. They sell a variety of local vegetables and produce for great prices, so check out the corner of the shop before you leave.

Great coffee joint serving 4 different coffee roasts. I consider myself lucky to have such a great shop in my neighborhood.
