Fujimi, Nagano, Japan｜KIZASHI-Station

I heard about this place from a Japanese friend, but unfortunately it was closed when I got there. Though it was upsetting the fact it was closed, I look forward to a chance visit this cafe again and update my review.

Arrived at 12:30 on Saturday and only one table was available. There is no parking lot, so I parked at the station parking lot which is free for 3 hours. I chose Vongole for today's pasta and ordered omelet rice as a lunch set. For drinks, I ordered banana juice and strawberry milk tapioca. I was happy to get a large omelet rice free of charge. Vongole with plenty of shellfish and soup stock, homemade? Omelette rice with ketchup, rich banana juice, salad with delicious dressing, and a light but flavorful soup with a strong dashi stock. I thought all of the flavors were of the highest quality among Western restaurants. The only thing was that there was an overwhelming lack of manpower, and the female hall staff were looking a little flustered. I feel sorry for them as they are busy with serving and serving customers, unable to show them to their seats when they arrive, unable to bring menus, forgetting straws for drinks, etc. The workload is too much for one person to deal with alone. was. The taste of the food is top-notch, so I wish they could somehow improve their customer service. The female hall staff worked hard.

I asked for a boxed lunch through a friend's introduction. They responded very politely. I highly recommend the food, which is stylishly presented and delicious. The restaurant is located right in front of the station, so why not have a leisurely meal or take out on the train?
