More Comments at Google MapIt has become one of my favorite cafes. It's in the forest. I was drawn to the cute name ``Daytime Owl'' and went there. I had a keema curry pie and coffee. The kids had apple pie and cheesecake. They both said they were really delicious and they definitely want to go again. The host is very friendly and will tell you various stories, and you can also purchase postcards and accessories. I displayed the postcard I received at home. I definitely want to go again.
I decided to visit a cafe near my accommodation. At a quiet cafe in the forest, Pictures and works of owls were displayed. I am cream cheese apple pie. Family has apple pie. I was happy that it was freshly baked. I had a quiet tea time 😊
While cycling, I searched for it on the map, and of course, what I was looking for was an apple pie and coffee. But it was. . . The first time I came here was a few years ago, and the pies that looked delicious were already on offer, so I immediately decided to add a sweet called ``lamington'', which I learned about for the first time when I looked at the menu, thinking it must be delicious. It's gone. As you can tell just by looking at it, it's a light and crispy pie, and when you eat it, the apple inside has a nice hint of cinnamon and an elegant sweetness that you can't complain about. And when I first encountered lamingtons, they were made with brown sugar and had a chewy, spongy sweetness, the aroma and bitterness of cocoa, the flavor of coconut, and went perfectly with coffee. It's truly delicious. After all, it seems that people in the local countries are surprised. You can find the recipe if you google it, but considering how much time it takes to make it, it's pretty obvious that I've never seen or heard of it even in Tokyo. The more I know about it, the more I admire the prices, which are nothing short of reasonable. However, it is common sense that truly delicious food is not something that can be found just when you go, so it is best to call or make a reservation in advance. The coffee is exquisitely roasted and has a sweet taste even when it is deep. This is the result of a combination of starting with the quality of the raw beans, careful selection, determining the roasting time, and seasoning the delicious Yatsugatake water and drippings. These days, there are many restaurants that claim to roast their own roasted food, but the quality of their roasted food is on a level that you won't find very often. We also have easy and convenient drip packs. It stands quietly in the depths of the forest where birds sing. The best season is when you can eat on the terrace. This is a wonderful cafe with a peaceful atmosphere created by the owner and his wife. *There is a parking space, but please be careful of standing trees. The approach to the store is paved with gravel. *All sweets are handmade, and as they are not produced in a factory, there is a limit to the amount that can be made. The wife is sometimes invited to set up shop at department stores and other events, so it's natural that the amount she can make won't suddenly increase. Please be aware that this is a private store run by a married couple before visiting.
