It doesn't look like anything at first glance, but The amount of time it takes is unusual. It's delicious all the time.

We had lunch (reservation required). Each dish was made with great care. It was seasonal, and I could see peach blossoms clearly from the window.

The owner San is also unpretentious, easy to talk to, and I appreciate his polite response. The food is delicious and a sight to behold.
