This is my personal favorite place in Kofu. The master is also very nice. A coffee shop that looks like something out of a novel. Although the interior is dark, it has the appearance of a bar. Carefully weigh the dark roasted beans and blend. It is coarsely ground in a mill, slowly steamed through a flannel filter, carefully filtered, and quickly poured into a cup that is already boiling in hot water.
