Great strawberry desserts! The parfait and waffles are big enough for sharing by two people. The strawberries are fresh and ice cream delicious. The cafe has a wing with great view and another wing that is indoor. The wing with the view is popular so get there early to grab a table (no reservation). The walk way right outside the cafe/hotel has a great view of Mount Fuji!

I used the cafe for breakfast. Depending on the seat, you can enjoy your meal with a wonderful view overlooking the Kofu Basin. I heard that the fruit parfait here is delicious, so I had a peach parfait this time. Peaches were delicious though. The peach parfait consisted of ice cream, peach compote, peach sherbet, and fresh cream. Peach waffles are very filling. The waffles were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and they were delicious. The peach compote, fresh cream, peach, and fruit sauce were all delicious, and although the portion should have been large, I ate it all up in no time. Peach water tea was also a fruity fresh taste of peach. Everything about the breakfast was delicious. The sesame dressing on the salad was the best. Even my husband, who doesn't eat much bread, couldn't stop eating bread. The service of the waitstaff was also excellent, with accurate explanations, discreet, but quick response. In particular, refills of bread and coffee are so impressed with the timing. It is a convincing shop that it is crowded. In the morning, at breakfast, the list was out and I was able to sign my name.

It's a cafe with a very nice view. (Inside Fujiya Hotel) It's quite crowded even on weekdays. For day trip lunch plans, this is the lunch location. It took a little while to get the Japanese lunch because we were in a hurry, but it was polite and delicious. (It might not be enough for men or other people who eat a lot, but it was good for me and I was full.) This place also seems to be famous for its parfait. As Fujiya Hotel is located on Fruit Hill, there is a wide selection of fruit-based menus. This parfait (strawberry this time) is very delicious. The price may be high considering the current trends, but it's delicious. It looks like it's voluminous so you can eat it without getting bored. very delicious. It's made purely with strawberries, ice cream, and cream, and there's no cornflakes or anything like that. Strawberries are of course delicious, but when eaten together with the fresh cream on top and the ice cream with plenty of vanilla beans, it had a relaxing, rich flavor that was delicious. It was a special parfait that could be eaten on a birthday or something. The staff are also nice.
