This coffee roaster served with their incredible pour over coffee and espresso. The owner, Mr Nagasaki has professional knowledge in coffee roasting and brewing. And he always happy to answer any questions that I have about their beans or brewing. I've become such a fan that I've bought numerous bags of their beans to enjoy at home. The flavors of the pour over were balanced and rich, and every sip was a joy for my taste buds. I highly recommend this coffee roaster, If you're a coffee lover like me, You'll be treated to some of the best pour over coffee and espresso. This visit really made my day. (It can compensate the invisibility of mountain Fuji today lol). Look forward to my next visit or purchase from Nagasaki.

A real gem in Kawaguchi. A self taught coffee roaster that produces some really wonderful pour over and espresso in a small little hut. He was very kind and was eager to talk about his products, methods and recommendations. What a treat. I highly recommend this place for all coffee enthusiastic people. He knows what he is doing.

2023/03/19 Excellent coffee roasting techniques result in outstanding flavor performance. The coffee brewing skills are superb, perfectly presenting the flavor of the coffee beans with a balanced acidity and sweetness and a delightful aroma. The chocolate cake is the best dessert I have tasted recently in Japan! It has a rich chocolate taste and a subtle yet enchanting spice aroma, definitely worth savoring. This café is well worth exploring, looking forward to going there again to taste the wonderful coffee and desserts.
