Azumino, Nagano, Japan｜Cafebus Bliss

It was a very peaceful way to enjoy a rest after going to the nearby temple. The owners were so super nice and kind. They were easy going and nice to talk with. I enjoyed my time there very much. The coffee and apple pie was delicious.

What I liked most about the cafe bus in the forest was the personality of the master and his wife. This feeling is reflected in the deliciousness of the coffee and apple pie, and you can also feel the warmth from the goods displayed in the Kura Gallery. I was surprised to hear that the coffee bean bag tote bag is handmade by the master. The picture depicts his wife. The Japanese-style goods are also wonderful, and the handmade masks are highly recommended. It won't dent even after washing. This cafe in the forest surrounded by large trees makes me want to go again.

I got an apple pie for takeout, but it was exquisite! The dough is crispy and the apples inside are delicious. The pink lady is famous in Nagano, but it is a rare variety with few producers. Apple pies are often small and unsatisfactory, but this one is big and satisfying, but it was pelori! It felt like I was competing with the taste of the ingredients themselves, and it was nice to be able to taste the pie crust and apples instead of custard! It's a quiet location, but it's exquisite, so I'd like many people to know about it.
