Hakuba, Nagano, Japan｜Baisen Coffee

I haven’t had such toasty, but also smooth and aromatic cappuccino for a while. The barista also poured beautiful and consistent latte art. Price is definitely on the higher end, but is totally justified by the quality of beans. A truly great specialty coffee roaster and shop.

Fantastic boutique coffee shop. Good range of beans available for drinking and taking home, friendly staff and cozy atmosphere - then there's the incredible views! A must visit.

Apple cake and hot chocolate are worth the trip out to this delightful little coffee shop. It’s co working friendly - there’s a little bar for laptops and very cosy. Seriously though - the hot chocolate. 10/10.
