Hakuba, Nagano, Japan｜HAKUBA COFFEE STAND

Came for the coffee, coming back for the coffee AND hot (cheese) dog. There are lots of variety and the owner brew the coffee himself. And the hot dog.. Hands down one of the best hot dogs I’ve eaten.

Fantastic hot dogs and quality hot chocolate. The owner even roasts their own beans which means you’re greeted by that wonderful warm coffee smell as soon as you enter. Staff were a little surly but the quality of the food and care put into the coffee was outstanding.

I love this coffee shop. It feels private and the owner can speak english very well. I ordered spicy hot chocolate with marshmallow and also the soma bread with butter and jam. Taste is sooo good for both. Didn't really find it anywhere before. I will recommend this coffee shop to whoever coming to Hakuba station.
