A shop that feels like a hideaway in Satoyama. As befits the store's name, "mute," it is the perfect place to spend a quiet moment in nature. Enjoy quality coffee, delicious bagels and a special lunch. The ceramics used are tasteful, and there is a small sales space on the second floor.

I finally visited the store that I had been interested in.The atmosphere of the store was very nice, and I could see the cherry blossoms and kobushi trees from the large windows facing south. There was no music playing, so I was able to relax and listen to the birds chirping. The salad had a colorful homemade dressing, the bagel was freshly made and chewy, and the gratin was the creamy, sticky type I was looking for.It was extremely delicious and might be the best gratin I've ever had. According to the navigation system, the road is narrow via Kyonawa, so the store staff told me that it would be better to go down from the regional farm road.
