Kudoyama, Wakayama, Japan｜OLD STREAM

My first visit to the cafe "OLD STREAM" that I had been interested in for some time. This time, I stopped by with three colleagues from work to have lunch while hiking the Mt. Koya Trolley Trail. Although the building is a renovated former Furusawa Kindergarten, it has a very nostalgic atmosphere. Jazz is played in the background in the store, but only a few times a year. Concerts are held here, and you can listen to live jazz music. Apparently there was a lunch menu until the end of March of this year, but it is now only available on weekdays. I heard that this cafe has very good coffee, so I immediately ordered a seasonal coffee and two pita breads. This pita bread is like an open sandwich and comes in two types: one with fried fish and one with ham. I ate both and found the vegetables in particular to be crunchy and delicious, and my co-workers also kept exclaiming, "Delicious!" After ordering coffee, I was told, ``It will take a while, so please wait.'' I felt like I was looking forward to the coffee being brewed by a man who seemed to be the owner. The coffee was as expected, and I wondered if it was possible to drink such delicious coffee in a place like this.If I had the chance, I would like to visit another quiet mountain cafe.

It is a cafe on the site of a kindergarten 😊 The atmosphere was very good, and I had pita bread for a light meal, but the fried white fish was warm, and the vegetables were crunchy and entwined with the sauce. The cake is delicious and The coffee was ground from the beans and had a very good aroma, and it was black and very delicious 😄❤ I want to come slowly again~❤

It felt nostalgic 👍 Desserts are delicious, and so is the cafe latte! I will definitely go again 🎶
