What a finding. This place is slightly off the main tourist area in Koyasan. While the food is not Japanese, the quality, the flavours, the atmosphere, and the service certainly make up for it. This is your everyday western bistro/cafe staples turned to 1000. I had the set menu, which kept on delivering dish after dish. Special mention to the best onion soup EVER! Cannot recommend enough!
