Koya, Wakayama, Japan｜Nishiri

Their Udon curry was absolutely delicious. I got mine with the rice ball to really fill me up. In hindsight, the curry bowl alone was probably enough for a lunch meal but walked it off soon anyway. When you enter and get assigned a seat, simply use the machine at the front to order your meal. We gave the machine some notes, got our change and the food arrived only a few minutes after. Oh, and I'm not a tofu guy but theirs tasted really good!

I had a handful of curry udon with koya tofu. Koya tofu was well soaked in soup stock and was not defeated by curry. Curry is of course delicious. The salted kelp went well with the fluffy rice. It was a feast.
