Kyoto, Japan｜cafe LCM

This was across from my hostel. Had the Katsudon and the udon noodles with chicken, and both were delicious! Highly recommend coming here as I read the reviews and it seems that even the Japanese locals love it. Service is friendly also.

Delicious udon, tempura, and Coke float! Friendly service. We had tried to find somewhere to eat close to our hotel and were told that other restaurants were full with no offer of waiting. As we stood outside of Cafe LCM trying to figure out if they were open, the waitress saw us and brought out an English menu. We really enjoyed our meals. My husband had pork katsu with rice and changed miso soup to udon. We both had tempura and I had shrimp tempura udon. We ended with floats. We really appreciated the friendly service and the delicious meal!

Tasty but slow to serve
