Really great cafe with amazing tea (lots of choice!) and delicious Taiwanese desserts. When you choose your tea, they will bring you small samples of all teas, so you can easily pick the one you like the most. The teas are also described in detail, so you can find the perfect tea and food combi. Would definitely recommend going here if you are a tea lover and fond of trying sweets that you cannot find anywhere else :)

A young person that works so hard to provide one of the best possible tea you can ever find in Kyoto City. The tea has no astringent aftertaste at all. Nice, smooth and perfect. Highly recommend. Enjoy the cool in summer and warm in winter.

We are a Taiwanese French couple who like tea a lot. We visited many Japanese tea rooms and wanted to try some taiwanese teas as well in Japan. We found this tea restaurant in Kyoto on google. Out of our surprise, the 文山包種茶 that I tried reminds me of the flavor back home. My husband tried 高山烏龍茶 and he likes it a lot They also serve the real dried mango that I haven't had it for a long time (I almost shed my tears..). You can choose dried mango, nuts or half-half to go with the tea. The service was great, they greeted us with politeness and taught us how to drink the tea properly. They use tea pot set and it was absolutely a delight to learn it. Just a bit sad that we went in the afternoon around 3pm so the lunch menu was already over. Since I really want to try taiwanese egg omelette, I am happy to learn that they handmade it, I would definitely like to give it a go next time. The interior design is very beautiful and give a comfortable vibe. I love that they use traditional characters to shows the number to mark the different kind of teas. It mixes the Kyoto and Taiwanese style very well I would say. My husband saying that he felt very calm after drinking the oolong tea. I highly recommend to people who want to try the authentic and affordable Taiwanese tea in Kyoto. Annie & Raphaël
