They carefully select and grind the beans to choose beans that we have never tried before and ones that go well with the cheesecake. The cheesecake is also a playful type with a sweetness that brings out the flavor and richness of the ingredients ♡ I like it♪

It is a shop where you can have delicious coffee. It's a one-surgery, so it's for those who can spend time slowly. Looking at Ghibli goods is also quite nice. Looking at past reviews, it is said that there is a problem with customer service, but the current owner's customer service is so thorough that I wonder if the owner is different now and in the past. When I visited for the first time, I was relaxing with a cold brew coffee blend, and whether it was because I was alone in the store or by chance, I sampled a single coffee. All of them were delicious coffee for me. A little conversation with the shop owner who feels coffee love is also pleasant. Vegetable potage is also rich and delicious. It takes about an hour by car from my house, but when I go to Chiryu, I want to stop by this shop.
