Toyoake, Aichi, Japan｜Mamesanjin

This is a coffee shop that I've always been interested in every time I passed by! I went to Mamesanjin. The inside of the store had a nice smell of coffee and I liked the calm atmosphere. There are many types of coffee, but I asked the master for his current recommendation and ordered it. I had the impression that coffee was bitter, but Mamesanjin's coffee was sweet and delicious. The weekend-only baked cheesecake was also very delicious (^o^)

Tsure and I stopped by. When you enter the store, you can smell the very pleasant aroma of coffee. Tsure ordered Kilimanjaro and I ordered Rural Blend. The coffee that was brought to me was amber in color and looked like black tea, which surprised me 💦This is…tea!?️(^o^;) It was my first time having this kind of coffee, and I was imagining the look and taste of coffee before, so I was surprised. I feel like I can't keep up with it💦I received the countryside blend. At first, I thought it was very light as there was no bitterness that I usually feel. But it had a distinct scent that permeated my nose, a soft sweet flavor, and a complex deep flavor, and it brought to mind a rural landscape. I also had some delicious castella cake, but I thought I didn't have to have any coffee with this, I just wanted to enjoy the coffee. If possible, I would like to drink it every day and taste it like tea. Kilimanjaro also had a distinct flavor that came straight to me, as if it were introducing me to Kilimanjaro🎵. My mind was racing as I was thinking about this and that, so I asked the master why the color was light, and why it wasn't dark because it was light roasted (lol).He told me that the roasting methods are different and that dark roasting doesn't make it dark. I did. It doesn't have any unpleasant taste and won't make your stomach feel heavy. I prefer black tea to coffee, but if this is coffee, I prefer coffee ♥️(^o^ゞI realized that it wasn't the bitterness that I didn't like, but the rough taste. However, even though it doesn't have any unpleasant taste, it's worth it (//∇//) When I searched for amber coffee, I came across Kumamoto's Cafe Arrow's coffee.It's a specialty shop and has famous people as well. I'm glad I found a shop like this here in Aichi, as I seem to frequent it.I'd like to try the other types next time!Also, the towels were so cute, and the water was so delicious (*^^*)

I entered the store for the first time while I was walking, and although the Kilimanjero was a little lukewarm, it had a gentle taste that permeated my body. Also, I was impressed with the host's personality, such as turning on the lights in the bathroom even though it was daytime and it wasn't too dark, and opening the entrance door and greeting me when I returned home. ✌️
