Nagoya, Aichi, Japan｜Cafe June

I went to Minami-ku, Nagoya for work, so I visited Cafe June for Sunday lunch. The location is on the 1st floor of the former Tokaido-view building, just a short walk from Meitetsu Sakura Station, and the store is relatively new and clean, set back from the road. It was already past 11 o'clock, so the local ladies, perhaps some kind of gathering, were just finishing their breakfast and leaving the store. Lunch started at 11:30, which was a bit early, but they took my order. I ordered a fried chicken set meal for 800 yen and a large bowl of rice for 50 yen. Although the fried chicken is small, it is carefully handmade, and the accompanying side dishes are healthy with plenty of vegetables such as salad, greens, and kinpira burdock (^-^).It also comes with coffee, so it's a good value. There are several parking lots within walking distance from the station, and all seats are non-smoking, so we can recommend it to everyone.

The closest coffee shop from Sakura Station. Drinks start from 350 yen, so breakfast is cheap. I love that my lunch includes a lot of vegetables. They allow lunchtime drinks and they have a ``choi-nomi set'' so I end up ordering it on hot summer days🍺

I use the morning service almost every day except for holidays. Guests are welcome to use the smoking area outside. I take Chiwax with me, so it gets hot inside the car, so the smoking area outside is surrounded by a canopy with tables and chairs, so it's great because you can have a morning with your dog.
