An exquisitely designed airship-themed cafe mostly serving focaccia pizza slices and french bread sandwiches. (Get the miso katsu cutlet pizza, seriously). Line moved fast even at 12:45 on a brutally rainy day. Tap water is free, unlike what some on here have said (??) - you just have to ask at the counter. Nice espresso drinks. The Ghibli Park map calls this "Transcontinental Flight Cafe".
