Quiet place to relax during waiting time at « higashimikawa driving licence center ». I had a very good « morning set » with ogura on toast, croquette and hard boiled egg.

2022/01/04 (Wednesday) 08:30. Parking for about 5 cars is available on the premises. When you go down the stairs in the store, there are 9 tables for 4 people and 1 table for 10 people. There are only two empty seats at the four-person table. When you are seated, water and towels are provided, and you can browse the menu. Order regular morning (American coffee) 420 yen + hashed potato 80 yen. Food is served within 10 minutes of ordering. A boiled egg and mini potato salad are also included, making it a good value for money. I left after about an hour. It was enough for a holiday morning. It was a feast.

I used the waiting time when I came to the license center. There were several kinds of morning and it was a good deal. The store was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I would like to use it when I come here again.
