This is a small coffee shop run by a couple. It seems like my son has been doing the roasting lately. There is not much parking, but you can enjoy coffee from various regions, mainly Ethiopian coffee. If you tell the owner, you can choose your favorite cup ☕️ and drink your coffee. If you are roasting coffee beans, you will be happy with the wonderful aroma. Homemade cacao is also recommended. It is made from roasted raw cacao beans and has a completely different aroma from commercially available chocolate. It's a gentle sweetness. It seems that beekeeping is done using Japanese honey bees. The rare cheesecake made with homemade honey has an elegant sweetness. The chocolate terrine and cassata are also delicious and recommended. It goes well with the bitterness and sourness of coffee. Also, the toasted sandwiches at lunchtime were delicious.
