This shop is run by a single female owner. You may have to wait when it's busy, but it's still worth it. It looks like soup soba, but as the name suggests, all the dishes contain ginger and are very delicious. Although it had a ginger flavor, it wasn't spicy, so even young children enjoyed it. (There is no kids menu, but you can take a portion for adults) The quantity and taste may be too much for men. The store is filled with women of all ages and people with children. Desserts also contain ginger, and the dessert and soba menus change depending on the season, so you can enjoy them. There are some unsatisfactory comments about the menu being "commercially available," but if you look at Instagram, you'll see that the owner is seriously developing the menu from scratch through trial and error. I never knew there was such a way to eat soba! Hey 🤏 Surprised!! ️ but it was very delicious and I liked it. Rich soy milk soba comes with a lunch drink! I also got a JINGER mini parfait as an addition. If you like ginger, you will like it. I personally recommend it. 😉👍

I often use it near the coworking space where I do office work. Unique and creative dishes are always delicious.
