The berry tart is full of fruit and has a cute chocolate decoration with a walking squirrel on it. The Basque cake is authentic and the flavor of the charred outside accentuates the richness of the cheese, making it easy to eat. Delicious! ! ! The two of us visited for the first time around 2pm on Sunday. We had eat-in and take-out. There were 4 tables for 4 people. Music box music was playing in the stylish white-based interior. We decided to share a peach tart, a hojicha raw chocolate tart, and a cookie puff, and ordered hot coffee and iced coffee for drinks. After waiting for a while, my order arrived together. At first, I was surprised by the lightness of the fresh cream in the peach tart. Toyohashi's Matterhorn is also a fairly light fresh cream, but I thought it was lighter than that. We really liked it. Among the tarts I've eaten so far, it's one of the easiest to eat. It's not a heavy tart, but rather light, like a cookie topped with fresh cream and fruit. The cookie part was also crunchy and delicious. There's no need to forcefully poke the tart with a fork. Anyway, I felt like I could eat as many as I wanted with the lightness. Hojicha raw chocolate tart has a professional taste that goes beyond homely. When eaten with hot coffee, the coffee transforms into a roasted green tea flavor. I prefer the cookie choux to be a little crispier, but the custard cream inside was just the right amount of sweetness. The coffee was hot or iced, had no sourness or bitterness, and had a refreshing taste that made it a great supporting role for the cake. It didn't interfere with the cake and brewed well. For takeout, I ordered a total of 4 pieces: a peach tart, a melon tart, a Basque cheesecake, and a hojicha raw chocolate tart. When I got home and looked at the receipt, there was no melon tart, but two peach tarts. When I opened the box, there was no melon tart, but two peach tarts. Since the price was not a mistake, I thought I should confirm this with the customer before closing the box. Other than that, I had no complaints, and I would definitely go to this store again for melon tarts. A light cream like that goes well with fruit. Recommended. P.S. On Sunday, December 25, 2022, I took out the cake at around 2:00 pm. There weren't many cakes left in the showcase, but I bought two 480 yen strawberry shortcakes and four 500 yen strawberry tarts. I gave the strawberry shortcake as a gift to my parents, so I'll only post a picture of the strawberry tart. The cake here has fresh cream that is not too sweet and is very delicious. I visited on Sunday, September 17, 2023, around 2:00 pm, but it was closed. It's a shame because it was closed when I visited about 3 months ago. There was a notice about business days and holidays in September, so I'm going to post it.

It was a stylish cafe. It was in a place that was a little difficult to understand. The interior was simple and cute. It was a relaxing atmosphere. We ordered cakes, tarts, and drinks. I don't like fresh cream, but this one was so delicious I could eat it. I was happy that they put a lot of fruit on the cake.
