Kota, Aichi, Japan｜a Symmetry

I've always been curious about it, but this time I got a ticket to support the restaurant, so I visited for the first time. The inside of the store is more calm than it looks from the outside, and there are a variety of tables and chairs set up. For the main course, there was a French course centered around galette. The relatively relaxed and homely atmosphere is very nice. Lunch includes an aperitif, appetizer, and soup, all of which are healthy and delicious dishes made with vegetables. I received a teppan hamburger. It's wonderful to see the cheese being poured on the raclette right in front of you. Another one is the afternoon tea set. I was very satisfied with the 3-tiered plate of sorbet, homemade pudding, custard, meringue, cake and cut fruit. I had a relaxing time. Thank you for the meal.

I ordered Heidi's cheese lunch (raclette cheese), and everything from the main dish to the appetizer and dessert was delicious. The main dish, raclette cheese, was particularly delicious, and I was able to eat to my satisfaction as I was able to get another cheese. It's voluminous and satisfies your stomach. I still want to use it.

The atmosphere is very good and you can enjoy it slowly. Galettes are delicious. I have a good impression that the inside of the store is neat and clean.
