Inazawa, Aichi, Japan｜Le Cafe Premiere

While many shops in the Inazawa Ichinomiya area are closed on Wednesdays, this refreshing coffee shop is also open on Wednesdays. The croque monsieur and croissant sandwich are delicious enough, but the mini parfait that I ordered without resisting temptation is excellent. Fruit, sorbet, ice cream, crumble, and 10 kinds of taste are packed in a small glass and are well organized. Light jazz from the 60's was playing, but with the bright atmosphere of the shop, you might not realize it was an old song.

Shaved ice, scones, parfaits, sandwiches, croque monsieurs, and morning snacks are all delicious. The man who seems to be the owner carefully prepares everything, and I am always impressed by the delicate presentation. It's really beautiful to look at and worth the trip just for that.

My favorite Le Cafe Premiere. It's quite far from Nagoya. I went to Inazawa today for work, so I visited with a sense of purpose rather than work. Luckily, when I parked my car, there was only one other customer in the store. I got lost in Christmas parfait and Wiener coffee. The parfait here is really light and delicious, and the strawberries and Shine Muscat are of high quality. The pistachio ice cream, milk tea ice cream, and blancmange inside the parfait are also exquisite. The Wedgwood cup was also stylish. it is really amazing. Shortcake in a cup on the way home? bought. I can't wait to play the second round at home.
