Dutch Baby is the store's signature menu💕 Cold pasta has been added to the new menu this summer and is very popular. When I checked the menu to order the 1,300 yen Dutch Baby (small size) drink set that I had prepared in advance, I found that it was called White Dutch Baby, which was available for a limited time only and was associated with White Day! Since we don't like "limited editions", we ended up ordering this set menu. This is a great value set that includes a large Dutch baby topped with almond crunch & matcha ice cream, fresh cream, plenty of berries, bananas, caramel sauce, and coffee for two. Also, I had the chocolate banana Dutch baby set that was delicious last time. This time, I took a bite of the chewy Dutch Baby. I was also impressed by how they were working on SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), which is something you don't often see in coffee shops. Next time I would like to go during lunch time. ⚫First visit in December 2020 I was curious about Dutch Baby sweets, so I made a reservation and visited Shin Cafe. When I arrived a little before my reservation time, there was a reserved seat sign on the table, and I was able to secure a seat. This time I made a reservation for 16:00 and visited the owner's mom who seemed friendly. was handled in one operation. However, they seem to be able to do it efficiently without having to wait. This time I went for the sweet Dutch Baby, but I also wanted to try something salty, so I ordered 3 types (large sizes): Salad Dutch Baby, Chocolate Banana, and Caramel Banana, and shared them between the two of us. I received it. By the way, there was a sign on the wall that said it was possible to substitute whole wheat flour, so this time I asked for whole grain flour to be healthier. I'm not sure if this is the correct way to describe Dutch Baby, which I tried for the first time, but it had a texture somewhere between a pancake and a pancake, and it went well with both side dish toppings and sweets. When I looked it up on the internet, I heard that Dutch Baby is something like a German-style pancake, but this was my first time trying it and it was delicious. By the way, the large size is about 20 cm in diameter, and I had it as a substitute for dinner, but it was enough for two people to share three of them. The sweets were topped with plenty of fresh cream and I could really taste the feeling of eating sweets! During cafe time, you can refill the set coffee. The shop has the impression of being a cafe in the city where local regulars gather, but the owner's mother (that's what I assumed) was very nice, and after making the reservation, I received a rusk as a gift. .
