Great sandwich in the middle of nowhere. Will definitely come back.

I ordered soki soba and seasonal shortcake. I like the seasoning better than Soki Soba from mainland Okinawa, and I think it's relatively palatable even for people who don't like the taste of Soki Soba. The shortcake is handmade by the master's daughter, and since the cream is not sticky, it is easy to eat and very delicious, and I am always impressed every time. I think the price is reasonable as well.

I rode my bicycle to the cafe-style road! The people at the store were also surprised 😅 It takes a little courage to follow the store signboard along the empty mountain road. I was saved because I had cell phone reception all the way to the store. The owner's wife is from Okinawa, so they decided to open it as an Okinawan restaurant. Musume's sweets are also popular, and many riders come just for the sweets. Okinawa soba was delicious. Minamiboso is very valuable because I haven't heard of any Okinawan restaurants. The master used to run an izakaya, but since he couldn't compete with the locals even if he served seafood there, he decided to try a different restaurant to attract customers. Yeah, I totally fell for that strategy lol. It's a secret base with the best food and location.
