I visited around 11:30 on a weekday. Three other groups had already started eating. My wife and I received the lunch plate. The plum-grilled salmon was surprisingly deep in flavor, and the spicy stir-fried konnyaku and mushrooms were simple yet delicious. Like other restaurants in Chiba, the lettuce in the salad is fresh, and the dressing is so delicious that you'll want to eat as much as you want. If there was a store like this nearby, I would go there every week. Now, there is one more store that makes me want to seriously consider moving to Chiba. I felt that it was a sincere shop where I could clearly see that everyone involved in the shop was giving heartfelt hospitality.
