Chiba, Japan｜Rainbow cafe

I’ve come to have a few beers with a friend in the past, and had tasted a few shareable food items, like tacos and such. I wanted to come by for breakfast to try their chicken and waffles, but I realized they opened until 11am. I made my way during lunch time and do not regret it. Their portions are western size at a reasonable price. Their chicken is fried to perfection, with no left-over greasy feeling in your mouth and great crisp in each bite. The waffle was not spongy, but nicely cooked through with a soft vanilla taste. You can add your own toppings at the pick-up area like tabasco, syrup, ketchup, mustard, etc. I also had a cafe au lait iced, which is absolutely enjoyable without any sugar. The coffee beans are good quality and they brew it to bring out the best taste that doesn’t require you to butcher it with sugars and creamer. The only thing was that there was no visible signs of wi-fi, so i’d say it’s more of a brunch atmosphere than a cafe. They serve beer, soda, coffee so its suitable for all ages. It’s adjacent to a bazaar store, so you can shop after eating a decent meal. Overall, great experience.

It's located inside a general store and is recommended for a short break. You can get change for delicious coffee and drinks for 500 yen. It's cheap and I'm satisfied. You can also eat there.

I visited for lunch at 11am on a Saturday. The location is far from the nearest station, so it's quiet. You can eat in peace. I had the loco moco plate, garlic shrimp plate, and lemonade. Everything was delicious and very satisfying. I'm happy that the price is reasonable even though it's plentiful. I decided not to try it this time because I was more full than I expected, but the gluten-free gateau chocolat is definitely something I would like to try.
