It's located inside Plena in front of Kaihin Makuhari Station, but it's on the second floor along the terrace walk, so it's hidden in the shadows, making it a little-known gem. Surrounded by trees, you can relax and enjoy the cafe in a refreshing atmosphere that you can't find in Tokyo. Makuhari is a fashionable place, so the staff are friendly and smart.
