Ichihara, Chiba, Japan｜Gong Cha

It was pretty empty probably because it was a weekday. There was a long line every time at another store, and I thought it was something I wanted to try at least once, but I finally got it. It was an unfriendly store where the menu was only available at the cash register and I had to search on my smartphone to figure out what to order, but I decided to order the brown sugar milk black tea (+ tapioca), which was easy to compare with other stores. The stickiness of the tapioca is quite good. The brown sugar is very sweet, but the flavor is rich and not overpowering. The taste of the black tea leaves is strong, and the whole thing is very well-balanced and delicious. I recently drank tapioca at Jiarei and Sanchaya, but this might be the best. Even though the tapioca boom has waned, there are still some stores where you can still find lines. Next time I would like to try the regular tea type.

I've been coming here almost every week since the store opened a little while ago, but I've never been bothered by the staff's attitude. I don't know if it's a time zone issue or if the staff isn't there right now... (I usually go in the morning) I was surprised to see the word of mouth, so if it helps someone...

I heard that Goncha was recently opened in Midori Ward and visited! It was not so crowded, so I recommend it (* ^^ *)
