I used it for a break until the meeting time to meet my school friend after a long absence! It is very close to Toga Station, 1-2 minutes on foot. Standing in front of the building that says "Coffee New Penguin", go left and there are stairs. It was a private store, and it felt like a young master was running it alone! The inside of the store is quiet and calm, so it's perfect for those who want to take it easy. Recommended for those who like Showa retro and coffee shops. This time I chose a morning toast. I would have liked a little more butter, but the amount provided was just right and the bread was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, which was great! (Is it homemade?) I used it in the morning on the weekend, but there weren't many customers in the store, so I was able to spend my time slowly. It seems that you can smoke, but I didn't mind the smell. (Sensitive people may be concerned) It is a coffee shop that I want to use when I come to Toga again!

When you walk down the street from the station, you'll definitely see this coffee shop in your line of sight. The entrance was a mystery, but it seems like you can enter from the stairs near the soft serve ice cream mark on the left side of the front of the store. I wanted to work on New Year's cards, which I would not be able to do at home, but I was able to do it very calmly. Ordered the soft serve ice cream set. Both tea and coffee were delicious. Let's order some solid food next time! There were ashtrays on all the tables, so you might choose someone. However, no one was smoking while I was there.

THE coffee shop Smoking cigarettes is allowed! Calm shop, delicious coffee. The inside of the store is not so big, but it is very good. There is also a morning menu from 09:30 to 10:30. We think that price is reasonable.
