It's a little far from the station, and I've never been to this store before. I happened to be passing by and was curious so I went in and it turned out to be a great decision! The coffee, which is roasted at a low temperature that the owner is particular about, has a clear and rich taste, and even though it is dark roasted, it feels refreshing. The cheesecake that came with the set was also delicious. This is the kind of shop where you want to go back and enjoy that coffee again, even if you have to go a little further than usual. I visited again the next day. You can also get some food at this shop. What I received this time was a hot sandwich and iced coffee. Iced coffee is cold brewed, and has a more refreshing and transparent taste than hot coffee, but it also has a strong flavor. The hot sandwiches were also delicious.

I found a really nice shop. The host passionately talks about how to roast, grind, and brew coffee beans, as well as how to use PayPay. I had the Arabian Nights, which is a dark roast of Ethiopian Sidamo Irigachev. It was the ultimate coffee with the fruity aroma of Ethiopia and the richness of a dark roast (unfortunately, I can't recreate that taste at home). The baked cheesecake was also exquisite. Please be sure to visit when you come to Kashiwa.

It was my second visit. This time I only bought tea leaves because I didn't have time, but ever since I started using the cafe, it has become my favorite shop. There are many types of coffee, so you can compare drinks at reasonable prices starting from your second cup. The cheesecake was not too sweet and easy to eat, and it was also very delicious! The shop is run by a kind couple, and they have a wealth of knowledge about coffee and tea, so they can suggest the type that suits you best. We hope to see you again next time 🙇‍♂️
