More Comments at Google MapI decided to have lunch before going to the National Museum of Japanese History, so I visited this cafe that my sister found. I ordered a roast pork sandwich. First bite, it's delicious! The saltiness of the roast pork was just right, the bread was crispy on the outside, the balsamic vinegar worked well, and the meat and zucchini and paprika vegetables were voluminous. To be honest, I didn't expect much, but it was a taste that betrayed my expectations. I ordered a chai latte together, but it was more like a normal unsweetened milk tea than chai. There were two salespeople, a man and a woman, and both were very nice. It was nice to have an unexpectedly good lunch before going to the museum.
I went to the Sakura City Museum of Art to see the Tatsuya Miyanishi exhibition and stopped by for tea. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations since it's a coffee shop attached to an art museum. I ordered a local egg pudding (385 yen) and a hot brown rice amazake latte (550 yen). 55 yen discount on dessert and drink set⤴️ The most important thing was the taste... it was one of the top 5 pudding lovers like me😋 The brown rice amazake latte was also delicious. Sakura is a city with ups and downs, so it's great to have something sweet after walking. My wife had ice blend coffee (440 yen) and pound cake [banana] (275 yen), which were also delicious 🎶 I only intended to have tea, but it was so delicious that I ordered additional curry chicken panini (660 yen) and today's soup [minestrone] (330 yen). The panini chapatta (bread) was soft and the curry-flavored toppings were delicious, and the minestrone also had a lot of different vegetables in it, which made me happy. What's more, they take great care in serving each person's panini divided into two plates. This was my first time visiting the Sakura City Museum of Art, but since Sakura also has a history museum and windmills, it has become a place I definitely want to stop by when I go to Sakura⤴️ Next time I'll have beef stroganoff and local egg pudding 🍛🍮
After enjoying Mizumaru Anzai's works, we had lunch here. The menu includes curry chicken panini and iced cafe au lait. The curry chicken was also carefully made and the texture and taste of the panini was very good and delicious! I had a fun meal while sharing my impressions of Mizumaru's work with my friend ☻ I'm thinking of having lunch here at the next exhibition.
