Although it claims to be brewed using a siphon, the serving speed is extremely fast. I don't know if I put one cup at a time. Coffee jelly is unsweetened and has a strong bitter taste. Best eaten with a sundae's milky soft serve ice cream. The staff's costumes are cute Taisho style. Everyone is so cute that it's a feast for the eyes.
