It's like that. (I would appreciate it if there was an explanation posted somewhere for those who like old folk houses...) What I received was the mackerel set meal from the lunch menu. The mackerel was apparently dried mackerel made by Koshida Shoten with no additives, and I don't know anything about Koshida Shoten, but it was very delicious. The rice is fermented and germinated brown rice. The sweetness increases when you chew it well, and it was also delicious. The building next door is a share house at an old folk house cafe near Magata Shrine in Daikata. It's fun with old black telephones and retro interiors. I went there around 12:30 on Sunday, so I waited for about 20 minutes to get a seat, but it feels like it can't be helped because there are about two employees. The lunch menu was spice curry or a set meal, and the set meal was fish or meat. I had mackerel culture dried, excellent miso soup, steamed vegetables and mackerel with a small bowl, and it was full and delicious. After the meal, the hand-dripped coffee was served with brown sugar from Tokushima.
