Use flat seats. ◎Breakfast buffet At the participating store (as of April 2019), only bread and potatoes were served, but it was more delicious than I expected and I was impressed. (Tends to be out of stock) ◎Membership card You can register your membership card using the smartphone app, so you don't need to have a membership card. ◯Booth The room is spacious and comfortable with a 27-inch monitor. ◯Cleanliness The whole store is clean. ◯Eating and drinking Free soft serve ice cream and drink bar! ◯Fees Choose a plan and it will automatically set you to the cheapest rate. ◯Parking lot It's quite spacious and I don't think it will fill up easily. ◯Access Descend along National Route 16 (you can enter immediately from Kashiwa City → Chiba City, but going the other way requires a U-turn) ✖︎Printing Black and white copies are 20 yen per page, double the charge at other stores, so be careful when printing in large quantities.

There was a dedicated smoking booth (IQOS), and the inside of the store was clean and didn't smell. It was the best because the usage fee was cheap when I was free for a long time. Admission is now free.
