Our favourite cafe in Kashiwa, we go at least once a week! Friendly staff, beautiful building, and FANTASTIC food! Very friendly to children too.

When I called, I was told that the place was full, but when I went there, the owner came out to the parking lot and told me that there was a seat available. It's a very nice shop in an old folk house. The fried chicken was large, voluminous, soft and delicious. Dessert was also delicious 🎵 The entrance to the parking lot may be difficult to find, but if you drive slowly you will find it. It's small, but there is a signboard. Next time I would like to try the shrimp bread.

My father's home was built similarly, and I felt very nostalgic. The inside is also very atmospheric, and the smell of a house like this, with wood and tatami mats, gives me a great feeling of being in the countryside. It was a little windy that day, but the breeze coming in through the window was cool, which was also nice. As for the most important dishes, the dipping soba that I had, as well as the massaman curry that my companion had, and the mackerel simmered in miso cream were all very delicious. I went inside as soon as it opened, and within 30 minutes it was almost full, so I thought it would be best to make a reservation before going.
